MATLAB is an integrated technical computing environment that combines numeric computation, advanced graphics and visualization, and a high-level programming language. Simulink is a graphical tool providing an environment for sulation and model design. These tools are used in a variety of application areas including signal and image processing, control system design, financial engineering, and medical research.

R2007a was released on March 1, 2007 and includes updates to MATLAB and Simulink. R2007a adds support for the Intel® based Mac, Windows Vista™, and 64-bit Sun Solaris™ SPARC platforms.

How to Add Applications to a CAE Windows workstations.

• Matlab is Not available on CAE Remote Desktop

• Tethered Matlab R2006b is available as a Quick Install for Windows.
• Tethered Matlab R2007a is now available as Unsupported for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.
