CAE provides access to a large number of industrial engineering software packages to all the academic departments in the College of Engineering. Software on
Windows and
Linux operating systems are available for use by anyone with a CAE account. Not only does CAE provide
Engineering software, we also provide
Productivity,
Internet,
Programming, and many general
Utility software packages. By providing CAE users with over 200 software titles, users have the ability and resources to compute productively as engineers.
Access to Software
On any CAE lab machine, click on the
Start menu and navigate to Course Software to view a list of available software.
Access CAE software from outside the computing labs
All course software can be accessed from non-CAE lab machines. This is most easily done through a local installation of CAE Software on your computer or by running the software on the CAE Remote Desktop.
